stale nicotine odor, outdated appliances, poor soundproofing
The condition of the furniture clearly shows a lack of care!!! Updating the linens and improving cleanliness would enhance guest comfort!!! Maybe consider better noise insulation between rooms to offer a more peaceful stay!!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating during our stay.
The mattress was old and offered very little support, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

great park access with nearby dining options
I stayed here during a weekend trip, and I loved how close it was to Dunbar Cave State Park, perfect for leisurely strolls in nature. Fantastic dining options like Chick-fil-A just a few steps away for quick meals after exploring. it really made my stay so much more enjoyable.

Who knew? Not me!
I arrived only to find that my reservation was mishandled. The room conditions were disheartening—musty smells and questionable cleanliness marred my stay. Communication was lacking. even though staff seemed friendly, the overall experience was disappointing.

The stay was convenient for our trip to Dunbar Cave, which is just a short drive away. The room was generally large enough to move around, and we appreciated how quiet it was. However, we did encounter some issues with the cleanliness, and the provided amenities could use an upgrade. Despite the setbacks, the staff were welcoming and did their best.

The Standard Double Room was clean and well-appointed for my brief stay. I appreciated the warm, rustic decor, which added a cozy touch. The attentive staff made me feel welcome during my visit, though their approach to service was a bit aggressive.

We loved the unique shops and hit up the Roxy Regional Theatre for an amazing show. Plus, spending time at the parks nearby was a great way to unwind. Overall, the atmosphere was awesome and perfect for our group vacation.
We did notice that the walls are pretty thin. we could hear conversations from outside, which was a bit distracting at times.

missingWrote a review on 17 Marspacious layoutlocal attractionscleanliness issues
The Executive Suite features a spacious layout that comfortably accommodates families. Its proximity to local attractions adds convenience for exploring—but it doesn’t quite make up for the compromised experience inside.
The room had serious cleanliness issues, with noticeable roaches that made sleep a challenge. On top of that, there were odd odors present throughout the suite, along with questionable stains on the linens. The noise from the surrounding area was loud enough to disrupt rest as well. Overall, while there were aspects of the stay that could have been enjoyable, the overwhelming filth and discomfort overshadowed those moments.

Just a reliable pick for strolling in Clarksville with good value. We had a bit of a scare when cockroaches showed up in the bathroom at 4 am. Lock your doors and keep a close eye on your belongings.
